Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of primary osteoporosis of the Chinese Medical Association (2019) and are diagnosed as primary knee osteoarthritis according to the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of osteoarthritis (2018 edition). Patients with obvious X-ray degenerative changes on the joint surface (osteophyte, interarticular cystic degeneration and sclerosis), affected joint pain or dysfunction, and are willing to undergo CT examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclude patients with CT taboos such as pregnancy, osteomalacia, multiple myeloma, rheumatoid arthritis and hormone therapy secondary to OP and the use of drugs that affect bone metabolism, such as anti-osteoporosis drugs exclude patients with congenital or acquired dysplasia, gout, rheumatoid arthritis.
