Interventions
durg-resistance group:LZD 10mg/kg twice daily for 3m or relieve of symptoms, followed by 10mg/kg once daily to the end of treatmetn
severe tuberculosis group:LZD 10mg/kg twice daily for 1-2m or relieve of symptoms, followed by 10mg/kg once daily with total treatment duration 2-4m

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the criteria of drug resistance tuberculosis (refer to the WHO Guidance for national tuberculosis programmes on the management of tuberculosis in children (Second Edition) and Guidance of Guidelines for clinical diagnosis and treatment of tuberculosis); 2. Patients who are drug senstive developed drug induced liver injury or patients which severe type tuberculosis including miliary tuberculosis, tuberculosis meningitits,pulmonary tuberculosis with cavities ect.; 3. Age range from 0 to 18 year old; 4. Informed consent are obtained from the guardian and the patients (aged > 8 years).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient are allergy to Linezolid, or combined with other conditions that not fit for Linezolid treatment; 2. Paitents unwill to join the study.
