Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Disabled and mentally retarded elderly: (1) disabled elderly (by activities of daily living scale (ADLs) and mini mental state examination (mini mental state examination), After MMSE assessment, the ability level was mild to severe disability; (2) the disabled elderly were older than or equal to 65 years old; (3) they had certain communication and understanding ability, and could complete relevant questionnaires and interviews independently or with the help of researchers; (4) they had informed consent and actively cooperated with the survey. 2.Nursing staff for the aged: (1) caring for the disabled elderly for more than 3 years; (2) having certain communication and understanding skills, being able to complete the relevant questionnaire and interview independently or with the help of researchers; (3) having informed consent and actively cooperating with the survey.
