Interventions

Low dose group:Valaciclovir 300mg, twice daily for 7-10 days
Medium dose group:Valaciclovir 600mg, twice daily for 7-10 days
High dose group:Valaciclovir 900mg, three times a day for 7-10 days

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 18-65 years old, acute onset, patient's course of illness <= 5 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Who are allergic to valacyclovir and its derivatives; those who have severe immune function or need to take immunosuppressants for a long time; those who have impaired liver and kidney function and other important organ functions; patients with diabetes; Women during pregnancy and lactation.
