40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged between 40 and 80 years; 2) Weighted magnetic resonance imaging (DWI) showed new cerebral infarction lesions, but no old cerebral infarction lesions; 3) The onset time is less than 1 week; 4) Have clear neurological locational signs, and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score >= 1; 5) Systolic blood pressure >= 140 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure >= 90 mmHg at admission or antihypertensive treatment before admission; 6) Obtain the informed consent signed by the patient or the patient's legally authorized agent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Severe disturbance of consciousness: NIHSS 1A level of consciousness score > 1 point; 2) Pre-onset modified Rankin scale (MRS) score > 0; 3) Lacunar cerebral infarction; 4) Severe mental disorders and dementia; 5) Has a severe systemic disease with an expected survival of less than 6 months; 6) Alanine aminotransferase (ALT) or glutamic-oxalate aminotransferase (AST) > 80U/L or previous severe liver disease; 7) Creatinine clearance rate < 60ml/min or previous severe kidney disease; 8) The muscle strength of both upper limbs was less than 5; 9) Secondary hypertension; 10) Diabetes mellitus; 11) Coronary heart disease; 12) Continuous bradycardia (heart rate < 60 beats/min); 13) Cardiogenic shock; 14) Severe or acute heart failure; 15) II or III atrioventricular block; 16) Sick sinus node syndrome; 17) Inadequate peripheral circulatory perfusion; 18) Bronchial asthma; 19) Allergic to drugs; 20) Hyperkalemia; 21) Severe aortic stenosis.
