Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18 to 35 years, regardless of gender; (2) X-ray film shows that the patient has an impacted tooth that meets the indications for extraction and needs to be extracted; (3) The adjacent teeth of the impacted tooth should be preserved and are accompanied by periodontal bone defects caused by impacted teeth, and periodontitis, root sensitivity and other symptoms may occur after the impacted tooth is extracted; (4) There is no anatomical structures such as sinuses, nerve vessels, and roots near the bone harvested site; (5) The patient can tolerate the operation; (6) The patient is willing to participate in the trial.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Vital anatomical structures are easily damaged during extracting the impacted tooth. Or that the impacted tooth does not cause obvious damage, and can be palliatively reserved for regular follow-up without immediate extraction; (2) When the impacted tooth is not the single factor of adjacent tooth periodontal bone defect. For example, when adjacent teeth are accompanied by periodontal bone defects caused by periodontitis or dental defects; (3) The patient does not have an ideal autologous bone harvested site, and it is difficult to obtain sufficient bone mass; (4) The patient has cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and diabetes, or in pregnancy, or after radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma, or long-term use of bisphosphonates, denosumab, glucocorticoids that surgical trauma may cause osteonecrosis.
