Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged >= 65 years; (2) The ability of daily living (ADL) is basically independent; (3) MMSE score 27 points; (4) Agree and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Neuromusculoskeletal diseases that affect movement or balance: neurological diseases with limited function, spinal stenosis, neuroradiculopathy, disabling neurological diseases, previous acute cerebrovascular events, dementia, diabetic neuropathy, Parkinson's disease and Parkinson's syndrome; (2) Have severe vision, hearing and speech problems; (3) Patients with serious heart and lung diseases; (4) Have a history of severe osteoarthrosis, ankle, knee, hip and other lower limb joints or spinal surgery; (5) Present with recurrent and persistent dizziness symptoms;Need to take for a long time to fight vertigo medicine sedative sleeping medicine, cannot stop the person with medicine; (6) He is taking antipsychotics, antidepressant hormone replacement therapy and medications that affect the dopamine system; (7) Can't stand for 5 minutes and walk 6 meters without the help of others or equipment; (8) Unable to complete the balance test.
