Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The participant of this study screened from the Chinese Stroke High-risk Population Screening and Intervention Project (2013-2014). This cohort includes 1,395,935 filed populations, including 657,399 follow-up populations. According to the population ratio of each province, 50,000 people were randomly selected from the follow-up population as the experimental group; 50,000 people were randomly selected from the remaining population as the control group. During the extraction process, the two groups were matched, gender, age, urban and rural areas, and prevalence of stroke.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Lost to follow-up; 2 Refusal to participate.
