Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Infertile women; 2. Aged 20-38 years; 3. BMI: 18-30kg/m2; 4. With written consent; 5. IVF-ET patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Endocrinology disorder, hormone dependent tumor and other systmatic disease; 2. Uterine malformation or adhesion; 3. Fibros > 3cm or untreated polys; 4. With antibiotics within 2 weeks of embryo transfer.
