Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Pathologically diagnosed as nasopharyngeal carcinoma; 3. Clarify his own condition and diagnosis; 4. Awareness and barrier-free communication, able to fill out questionnaires or answer questionnaire questions independently or with the help of investigators; 5. After the researcher explained the purpose and process of the investigation, he volunteered to participate in this research and signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Critically ill patients; 2. Those who have a history of mental illness or severe cognitive impairment (Cognitive State Evaluation Scale MMSE score < 27 points); 3. Severely impaired the functions of important organs such as the heart and lungs.
