Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The diagnostic criteria of TAO refer to Bartley's diagnostic criteria; Diagnostic criteria of DON: patients with DON have the following conditions at the same time: 1. The BCVA was less than 1.0; 2. The mean defect (MD) was less than - 2dB; 3. Abnormal color vision; 4. Orbital CT showed orbital apex crowding. Objective to explore the prognostic indicators of DON.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with visual impairment due to refractive media, ametropia, retinal disease, amblyopia, optic atrophy or other non Tao reasons; 2. Color vision abnormality caused by congenital color vision abnormality and other diseases; 3. Patients with history of brain tumor, brain injury or cerebrovascular disease; 4. Patients with nervous system diseases; 5. Patients with poorly controlled diabetes mellitus or severe systemic diseases such as heart, liver and kidney insufficiency; 6. Patients with a history of mental illness or family history; 7. Patients with other metabolic diseases such as diabetes mellitus; 8. Patients who cannot cooperate with CCT due to dark area of visual field center or other factors.
