Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients meeting the diagnostic criteria of 2016 international sepsis / septic shock management guidelines; 2. Patients aged over 18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with chronic kidney disease, history of blood purification, kidney transplantation, renal benign / malignant tumor, renal vascular disease, chronic heart failure and severe liver disease before admission; 2. Patients who are expected to live in ICU for less than 48 hours or die within 72 hours; 3. Patients who refused continuous renal replacement therapy; 4. Patients who could not stop continuous renal replacement therapy due to the change of their condition; 5. Patients allergic to sulfur hexafluoride.
