Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA I - II subjects; 2. Patients aged from 18 to 65 years old who would like to receive nasal septum deviation correction under general anesthesia and nasal endoscopy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients taking long-term analgesics or cortisol drugs; 2. Patients with bradycardia; atrioventricular block; 3. Patients with uncontrolled hypertension, heart, liver, kidney and other serious diseases; 4. Patients with endocrine and metabolic diseases; 5. Patients with nervous system diseases; 6. Patients with mental or neurological diseases; 7. Subjects with alcohol addiction.
