Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects meeting the diagnostic criteria of the Fourth National Conference on cerebrovascular diseases; 2. Those subjects whose first symptoms of cerebral infarction occurred 48 hours before admission underwent head CT or MRI examination to exclude cerebral hemorrhage and display the responsible infarct corresponding to the functional location; 3. Subjects aged 18-85 years old; 4. Informed consent of patients and their families.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cardiogenic cerebral embolism caused by heart disease; 2. Patients with previous history of cerebral infarction who had received thrombolytic therapy within 30 days and TIA within one month; 3. Patients with brainstem infarction; 4. Subjects who did not undergo CT or MRI examination, or could not be diagnosed with cerebral infarction by imaging; 5. Subjects with serious diseases of heart, lung, liver, kidney and blood system, or extremely weak constitution; 6. Patients with upper limb local infection, swelling and ulceration.
