18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects aged from 18 to 70 years old and of any sex; 2. Subjects who met the diagnostic criteria of PBMs and had symptoms of burning or pain of oral mucosa for at least 3 months; 3. The subjects who can correctly understand and answer the questionnaire and score VAS.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating women; 2. Patients with Sjogren's syndrome, anemia, iron deficiency, vitamin B12 deficiency, diabetes, oral candidiasis, trigeminal neuralgia, glossopharyngeal neuralgia and other diseases. 3. Subjects who used drugs for the treatment of PBMs within three months before treatment (antidepressants, antipsychotics, antiepileptics, analgesics and topical capsaicin, etc.); 4. Subjects who smoke and drink within 3 months; 5. Patients receiving head and neck radiotherapy.
