Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The medical staffs and students who volunteered to be vaccinated with the COVID-19 vaccine in the First Affiliated Hospital, Sun Yat-sen University; 2. Aged 18~59 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects who are allergic to any component of the vaccine and have had severe allergic reaction to the vaccine in the past, such as acute allergic reaction, urticaria, skin eczema, dyspnea, angioneurotic edema or abdominal pain; 2. Subjects with acute disease or severe chronic disease in the acute stage of chronic disease; 3. Pregnant women and lactating women, or have family planning within 3 months; 4. Subjects with uncontrolled epilepsy and other progressive neurological diseases; 5. Patients who have been diagnosed with congenital or acquired immunodeficiency, HIV infection, lymphoma, leukemia or other autoimmune diseases; 6. Patients with known or suspected severe respiratory diseases, severe cardiovascular diseases, liver and kidney diseases, and malignant tumors; 7. Subjects using antineoplastic drugs or immunomodulators; 8. Subjects with a history of new coronavirus infection.
