30 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects who met the diagnostic criteria of Chinese Medical Association guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of primary osteoporosis (2019) and were diagnosed as primary knee osteoarthritis according to the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of osteoarthritis (2018 Edition); 2. Patients with obvious X-ray degenerative changes of articular surface (osteophyte, cystic change of joint space and sclerosis) and chief complaint of affected joint pain or dysfunction;+ 3. Patients who are willing to accept CT examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those patients with contraindications of CT examination such as pregnancy; 2. Patients with osteomalacia, multiple myeloma, rheumatoid arthritis, Op secondary to hormone therapy and the use of drugs that affect bone metabolism, such as patients with anti osteoporosis drugs; 3. Patients with congenital or acquired dysplasia, gout and rheumatoid arthritis were excluded.
