Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with Siewert II/III esophagogastric junction carcinoma diagnosed by endoscopy and pathology had complete clinical stage diagnosis before operation, including abdominal enhanced CT and / or gastroscopy. The clinical pathological stage was cT1N0M0; 2. Subjects aged 18-75 years old (including 18-75 years old), regardless of gender; 3. Physical strength score: ECoG 100 x 10^9 / L); 6. The subjects who can understand and abide by the research protocol agree and sign the informed consent form; 7. Subjects with relatively complete case data and follow-up data.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects contraindicated by gastroscopy; 2. Patients with blood coagulation dysfunction, cardiopulmonary dysfunction and other surgical contraindications, or patients with uncontrolled epilepsy, central nervous system diseases or mental disorders, or patients with organ transplantation requiring immunosuppressive therapy; 3. Subjects who failed to accept standard D2 radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer; 4. During pregnancy and lactation, those who may not take effective contraceptive measures and those who are going to get pregnant; 5. Patients with gastric cancer or other related diseases; 6. Subjects receiving preoperative radiotherapy or chemotherapy; 7. Subjects with other organ resection (liver, pancreas, spleen, colon); 8. Participants in other clinical trials at the same time.
