Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects under 40 years old have strong desire to have children; 2. Patients with atypical hyperplasia of uterus and endometrial cancer who have been treated with fertility sparing therapy; 3. FIGO (2018) staging: iag1-iag2 stage of endometrial carcinoma, atypical hyperplasia of endometrium; 4. Subjects whose imaging examination confirmed that the tumor was confined to the endometrium; 5. Subjects with positive ER and PR; 6. Subjects with normal CA125 in peripheral blood; 7. The subjects whose fertility function was evaluated before treatment had no other factors of fertility disorder; 8. Subjects who have complete pregnancy plan, ultrasound endometrial evaluation index and pregnancy outcome; 9. The subjects who signed informed consent had better follow-up conditions.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe internal diseases and severe impairment of liver and kidney function; 2. The pathological stage or grade of endometrioid adenocarcinoma is higher than that of stage IA G2, or the deep myometrial invasion, cervical invasion or distant metastasis in pelvic and abdominal cavity; 3. Patients with other types of endometrial cancer or other malignant tumors of reproductive system; 4. Subjects with chronic diseases not suitable for pregnancy.
