Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with type 2 diabetes who were hospitalized in the Department of Endocrinology, Shenzhen Hospital of Southern Medical University from February 2021 to February 2022, aged 18 years or above, were selected and diagnosed according to the 1999 who diagnostic criteria for diabetes.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Renal diseases caused by other reasons: including primary glomerular or tubular diseases, renal diseases caused by immune abnormalities, renal insufficiency caused by renal perfusion insufficiency, renal vascular diseases, infection and obstructive nephropathy, connective tissue diseases, drug and poison injuries, congenital / genetic diseases, trauma, etc; 2. Other factors affecting glucose and lipid metabolism: hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, Cushing's syndrome, hypothalamic and pituitary lesions, long-term use of hormone therapy, etc.; 3. Patients with decreased muscle strength or muscle atrophy caused by other reasons: craniocerebral trauma, tumor, cerebrovascular disease, central and peripheral nervous system inflammation or degeneration injury, bone and joint diseases, poisoning, hypokalemia, congenital / genetic diseases, etc.; 4. Patients with type 1 diabetes, gestational diabetes, diabetic ketoacidosis, hyperosmolar nonketotic coma; 5. Subjects with severe liver disease and heart disease, long-term use of anti-inflammatory drugs, acute or chronic infection; 6. Subjects who are pregnant or plan to be pregnant in the near future; 7. Patients with acute or chronic infectious diseases or cancer; 8. Subjects who could not sign informed consent.
