Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Schizophrenic patients who met DSM-IV diagnostic criteria through structured interview with SCID; 2. Subjects whose body weight increased by more than 7% or met the diagnostic criteria of metabolic syndrome in Chinese guidelines for the prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes (2017 Edition); 3. Subjects with clinical stability (antipsychotics did not change for at least one month, and the items P1, P2, P3, N1, N4, N6, G5, G9 in PANSS scale were all = 12h and eating time window >= 14h at least one day a week (eating time window is the interval between the beginning time of the first eating and the end time of the last eating every day); 6. Subjects who can skillfully use smart phones; 7. The patient who signed the informed consent form with his / her guardian is willing to cooperate with the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe physical diseases, such as diabetes, severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, severe respiratory diseases, severe liver, kidney, blood diseases, malignant tumors, etc; 2. Patients with previous or existing organic mental disorder, alcohol or drug dependence, cognitive impairment and personality disorder with definite diagnosis; 3. Patients with celiac disease, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis or proctitis; 4. Women planning to be pregnant (during the study period), pregnant and lactating period; 5. Subjects who have used antibiotics in the past 30 days; 6. Subjects who have used probiotics or probiotics in the past 6 weeks; 7. Subjects engaged in shift work.
