Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. First Birth, Singleton, natural birth; 2. Delivery at 37 to 41 weeks of Gestation; 3. Lateral episiotomy; 4. BMI Is 18.5 to 23.9; 5. Between the ages of 18 and 35 years; 6. The second stage of labor is less than 3 hours. 7.Birth Weight 2500g-4000g; 8. The mean values of pre-rest phase were 3-10µv, fast muscle peak value was 20-30µv, slow muscle peak value was 15-28µv, endurance test average was 15-25µv, post-rest peak value was 3-10µv; 9. All patients volunteered to participate in the study and signed informed consent forms.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Prolapse of pelvic organs, urinary incontinence, fecal incontinence, history of pelvic surgery, long-term chronic cough, long-term constipation, Asthma; 2. Preterm labor, Emergency Labor, induction of labor, abnormal amniotic fluid and pregnancy with diabetes, hypertension and other diseases; 3. The birth weight is less than 2500g or less than 4000g; 4. Drink and smoke heavily; 5. With SCIATICA or severe Pelvic floor dysfunction disease.
