ASC abutment group:placement of ASC abutment

Age
18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient aged >=18 years and sign the informed consent; 2.Patient recieve treatment involving the placement of a single Nobel Biocare implant; 3.Patient recieve treatment involving the SCRP abutment or Nobel ASC abutment at secondary operation; 4.a follow-up period of 1 year or more.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjected to irradiation in the head and neck area within two years prior to treatment; 2.treated or under treatment with intravenous amino-bisphosphonates; 3.uncontrolled diabetes(HbA1c>8.0% or FBG>150mg/dl); 4.pregnant or nursing; 5.psychiatric problems; 6.heavy smoking(>20 cigarettes/day).
