Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients in Beijing Shijitan Hospital affiliated to Capital Medical University were diagnosed by gastroscopy + tissue biopsy / endoscopic therapy + tissue biopsy / surgery + pathology. According to the pathological results, the subjects were divided into: A (atrophic gastritis group, B (intestinal metaplasia group), C (low grade intraepithelial neoplasia group), D (early cancer group) and E (advanced cancer group), 36 cases in each group. Clinical sample information includes: general condition, tissue sample, blood sample, urine sample.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Suffer from other tumors at the same time, such as lung cancer, colorectal cancer, bladder cancer, prostate cancer, gynecological malignant tumor, esophageal cancer, liver cancer, pancreatic cancer, etc.; 2) Systemic or urinary infection, menstruation, severe heart function damage, severe liver function damage, fever; 3) Chronic glomerulonephritis and other primary kidney diseases, renal failure, etc.
