Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged >= 18 years; 2) Diagnosed AKI according to the creatine criteria of KDIGO-AKI guideline; 3) Sign the consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) With AKI before admission; 2) AKI caused by obstructive nephropathy; 3) chronic kidney disease with dialysis; 4) with metastatic tumor; 5) with pregnancy; 6) stay in hospital less than 48 hours or without complete data.
