Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria of pulmonary hypertension group: in accordance with the Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary hypertension issued by the pulmonary vascular disease group of Chinese Medical Association in 2018. Diagnostic criteria: mean pulmonary artery pressure (mPAP) >= 25 mmHg measured at sea level, at rest and right heart catheterization. Inclusion criteria of healthy control group: complete routine examination, no history of chronic diseases such as chronic bronchitis, no history of severe cardiopulmonary disease, tumor, etc.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe infection, ischemic heart disease, malignant tumor, liver and kidney disease, other major diseases and mental disorders were excluded.
