18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. No contraindication to PICC catheterization or indwelling history of central venous catheter; 2. Be conscious and cooperate well; 3. Aged 18 years or above; 4. Participate voluntarily and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to lidocaine hydrochloride injection, compound lidocaine cream and PICC catheter materials; 2. Congenital or idiopathic patients with methemoglobinemia; 3. Hemiplegia, trauma, operation history or pain paresthesia on the upper limb of the catheterized side; 4. 72h to take analgesics or long-term use of painkillers.
