control group:Given sufentanil 0.15ug/kg and propofol 1.5-2.0ug/kg

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with cirrhosis due to various etiologies; 2.ASA class II-III; 3.Aged 18-65 years; 4.Liver function child Pugh class A; 5.Indications for painless gastroscopy; 6.Agreed to be seen and treated with a sedated or anaesthetic gastroscope and to sign an informed consent form from the patient.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to sedative, narcotic components. 2. Unable to take questionnaires due to various reasons.
