18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) HCC was confirmed by postoperative pathology; (2) The patients were not received preoperative transcatheter arterial chemoembolization or transcatheter arterial infusion or transcatheter arterial embolization. (3) The patients were newly diagnosed HCC (non recurrent HCC); (4) Preoperative tumor marker CA199 was negative or < 35 u/ml; CA125 was negative or < 35 u/ml; CEA was negative or < 5 ng/ml; (5) Aged 18-65 years; (6) The patients signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) There was no adjacent liver tissues; (2) Patients with other liver, heart, brain, or kidney diseases; (3) Patients with HIV, HCV, or HDV infection; (4) Patients with malignant tumors of other organs at the same time; (5) Pregnancy or lactational women; (6) Patients with poor adherence.
