experimental group:Perform the first regular dose of dydrogesterone (20mg BID) hormone replacement cycle endometrium electron microscopy, take three intima (P+4, P+6, P+8)
experimental group:High-dose dydrogesterone (40mg BID) was used for intimal transformation, and endometrial electron microscopy was performed again to observe the change of pinocytosis index on P+6 da

Female

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged >= 20 and = 3, none of them were pregnant; the endometrial thickness on the previous transplantation day was >= 8mm; willing to accept electron microscopy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: B-ultrasound excludes uneven endometrial echo, endometrial polyps, adenomyosis, and hydrosalpinx; excludes patients with endometriosis r-AFS stage III or higher; no hyperprolactinemia, polycystic ovary Syndrome, abnormal thyroid function, history of autoimmune disease.
