Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are comatose or unable to awake in a short period of time, or have dysphagia in conscious patients; 2. Male or non pregnant women aged 18-65 years; 3. Enteral nutrition can be started within 24-48 hours after hospitalization.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Gastrointestinal bleeding was obvious, and hemoglobin level decreased progressively; 2. Hemodynamics is unstable and the dosage of vasopressor is increasing gradually, which is life-threatening; 3. Those who may die within two weeks; 4. Patients with contraindication of indwelling nasogastric tube; 5. Have a history of gastrointestinal hemorrhage.
