Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Conformed to the WHO criteria for diagnosis and classification in 1999, and confirmed the diagnosis of type 2 diabetes; 2. Aged >= 60 years, gender is not limited; 3. According to the Chinese Diabetes Exercise Therapy Guidelines, fasting blood glucose is less than 13.9mmol/L; 4. It meets the diagnostic criteria for sarcopenia; 5. There was no change in drugs for regulating blood glucose and blood lipid in the last 3 months; 6. Good compliance, willing to sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Within months, ketosis, hyperosmolar state or other severe stress occurred; 2. Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; 3. Chronic complications of severe diabetes (cardiac insufficiency, diabetic nephropathy, diabetic fundus stage 4 or above or after laser treatment); 4. Chronic serious diseases of gastrointestinal system (such as digestive system tumor, peptic ulcer, gastrointestinal bleeding, chronic diarrhea, intractable constipation, intestinal failure, acute and chronic enteritis, gastrointestinal obstruction, etc.); 5. Mental diseases with severe depression and schizophrenia; 6. Physical disability; 7. Suffers from diseases of the bone, joint, muscle and nervous system; 8. Severe osteoporosis; 9. Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases (cardiac insufficiency, unstable angina pectoris, severe arrhythmia, severe hypertension, transient ischemic attack); 10. Severe obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma; 11. People who take whey protein powder on weekdays; 12. Blood routine indicated that platelets were less than 100 x 10^9/L.
