Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Community or township residents (resident for more than 9 months per year); 2. Aged >= 65 years; 3. Within 7 days of onset; 4. In accordance with the diagnostic criteria established by Chinese guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic stroke 2018; 5. CT or MRI confirmed as the first or recurrent cerebral infarction.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Transient ischemic attack and other non-stroke diseases; 2. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary disease, liver and kidney failure, severe dementia and mental illness.
