Interventions

Low dose of esketamine group :Intravenous administration of 0.50 mg / kg of esketamine
Normal dose of esketamine group:Intravenous administration of 0.75 mg / kg of esketamine
Control group :Intravenous administration of the same volume of normal saline

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA I-II,aged 23-39 years; 2. Single pregnancy,37-42 weeks of gestation, normal placental function; 3. Contraindication of intraspinal anesthesia and the need for general anesthesia cesarean section patients, including thrombocytopenia (less than 70 x 10^9 / L), lumbar disc prolapse, lumbar trauma, etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Maternal complicated with eclampsia, preeclampsia and cardiovascular disease; 2. Previous neurological or mental illness, difficult cooperation between doctors and patients; 3. The body weight is more than 100kg.
