Group D: Dezocine 0.1mg/kg was given 5min before anesthesia induction
Group C:equal volume of 0.9% normal saline(10ml) was given 5min before induction of anesthesia

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I-II, aged 6-10 years; weight 22 55kg, scheduled for occultic penile correction without any other concomitant diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The child or parents refuse; (2) Patients with mental retardation and developmental delay; (3) Patients with contraindications to dezocine, such as history of peptic ulcer, abnormal platelet function and coagulation disorders; (4) patients with diseases of any other organs.
