Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The elderly aged 65-74 years; (2) The ability of daily living (ADL) is basically independent; (3) The cognitive and motor functions were consistent with the level of healthy elderly people in the same age group; (4) Able to complete all the dual-task tests, and can walk 60 meters independently without walking AIDS, perform simple arithmetic, hold simple objects with both hands, hold empty or water-containing cups for more than 1 minute with right upper limb shoulder joint at 0 degree and elbow joint flexed 90 degree, and sit and stand test for 5 times for 15 seconds.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Acute (such as myocardial infarction, acute stroke) or chronic (such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, A history of stroke) with neurological diseases; (2) Neuromusculoskeletal diseases that affect movement or balance, and a history of falls; (3) Surgery history of ankle, knee, hip and other lower limb joints or spine; (4) Heart and lung diseases such as hypertensive heart disease, rheumatic heart disease, heart failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; (5) Patients with acute and chronic infection; (6) Present/recurrent/persistent pain and dizziness; (7) Unable to complete the dual task; (8) Sitting position for 5 consecutive countdown minus 7 all wrong and/or 5 consecutive countdown minus 1 task all wrong; (9) Impacted cognitive function, i.e. MMSE literacy <= 17, primary school <= 20, junior high school and above <= 24 Subdivision (Shanghai Mental Health Center, Zhang Mingyuan, etc.); And Beijing version of MOCA illiterate <= 13 points, primary school <= 19 points, junior high school and above group <= 24 points (China Cognition and Aging Research Group, Xuanwu Hospital, Capital Medical University Demarcation points); (10) The functional independence rating (FIM) scale was less than 108 points (i.e., ADL basic independence was not achieved); (11) Anxiety or depression.
