Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients diagnosed as hyperlipidemic acute pancreatitis: acute pancreatitis with chylous venous blood or blood triglyceride >= 11.3 mmol / l can be definitely diagnosed. (2) TG patients were detected within 48 hours after admission and The time from onset to admission was less than 1 week.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with abnormal mental function, disturbance of consciousness and inability to communicate normally; (2) patients with pancreatic cancer and cholangiocarcinoma; (3) patients with heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney and other basic diseases; (4) patients with infectious diseases, blood circulation disorders and immunodeficiency; (5) pregnant patients; (6) patients with poor compliance.
