spray dexmethasone:dexmethasone (4mg) 4ml spray onto vocal cord before intubation
superior laryngeal nerve block:superior laryngeal nerve block 4 mg dexamathasone (4ml) before intubation

Eligibility

Age
18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA grade I- II; 2. Undergoing thyroid surgery; 3. Female.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with emergency operation; 2. Patients with massive hemorrhage during operation; 3. The patient had hoarseness or sore throat during hospitalization; 4. Patients who required more than one attempt at intubation; 5. Patients with liver and kidney dysfunction in the past; 6. Lymph node dissection is required during operation.
