Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient aged >=18 years and sign the informed consent; 2.Loss of single tooth in anterior area, in need for one implant; 3.Patient recieve treatment involving the placement of a Nobel Biocare implants with Bio-Oss filing and Bio-Gide covering. 4.Patient recieve treatment involving the SCRP abutment or Nobel ASC abutment at secondary operation. 5.a follow-up period of 1 year from final restoration, with good osseointegration and no infection around implants.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Reconstruction of jaw after maxillectomy; 2.Pregnant; 3.Systemic diseases that seriously affect the normal work and life; 4.Untreated periodontitis; 5.History of implanting failure; 6.Heavy smoking(>20 cigarettes/day).
