Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Recurrent low back pain for more than 6 months with or without lower limb radiation pain; (2) Single segment involvement, Pfirrmann classification (grade III, IV), imaging results were consistent with clinical symptoms and signs; (3) The age ranged from 18 to 65 years old; (4) Patients were informed and agreed to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Previous lumbar surgery history, severe disc disease, etc; (2) The patient had severe heart and kidney diseases; (3) Patients with mental disorders can not cooperate with the experimenter; (4) Other irresistible reasons can not understand and cooperate with this researcher.
