Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with sepsis according to the Sepsis 3.0 diagnostic criteria; 2.Informed consent was obtained.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. TEG was not detected within 24 hours after admission; 2. Anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs were used within 1 week before admission; 3. Massive hemorrhage caused by trauma, pregnancy, operation or other reasons (estimated blood loss > 500 ml); 4. Complicated with primary or secondary coagulation dysfuntions such as hemophilia, aplastic anemia, idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura, thrombotic thrombocytopenic pura or anticardiolipin syndrome; 5. Complicated with diseases need to start anticoagulation, thrombolysis or antiplatelet treatment immediately, such as pulmonary embolism.
