20 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged >= 18 years; (2) Patients diagnosed with septic shock; (3) Duration of stay in ICU >= 24 h; (4) Signed Informed Consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Contraindications for PICCO catheterization, such as poor arterial conditions, arterial plaques, venous thrombosis, coagulation dysfunction, local infection in the puncture site, etc; (2) Stable ultrasound images are difficult to obtain in patients with chest injury and chest surgery; (3) Patients who refused PICCO monitoring and who did not agree with deep venipuncture catheterization or arterial catheterization; (4) Arrhythmia patient; (5) Children and pregnant patients.
