18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the ITN diagnostic criteria established by the International Headache Association; 2. Visual analogue scale of pain (VAS) > 4; 3. Ineffective or ineffective conservative treatment; 4. Course of disease > for 3 months 5. Cooperate with the completion of postoperative follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Abnormal coagulation function; 2. Patients with secondary trigeminal neuralgia; 3. Unable to cooperate with the treatment due to some special diseases; 4. Patients cannot be fully assessed for pain; 5. Pain in other parts of the body.
