Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA grade I ~ III. 2. Aged >= 65 years; 3. The patients who underwent major surgery for fracture were also compared with their family members who lived together.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are diseases of the central nervous system or mental illness; 2. Take sedatives or antidepressants; 3. Severe visual or hearing impairment; 4. Language can not communicate effectively; 5. Patients with severe damage to liver and kidney function.
