55 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a. Age from 55 to 80 years old, male or female. b. Years of education >= 8 years (junior high school or above). c. The visual acuity or corrected visual acuity was normal, and the hearing of both ears was normal. They are all right handed. d. The informed consent was signed, and the peripheral blood and cerebrospinal fluid were collected. Multimodal MRI scanning was also completed for each participant.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. History of consciousness disorder; b. History of family hereditary diseases; c. Central nervous system infection, head injury, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, toxic metabolic diseases, Parkinson's disease, intracranial tumor, hypothyroidism, diabetes and other physical diseases; d. History of schizophrenia, personality change and other mental diseases; e. History of depression or HAMD >= 8 points; f. History of alcohol/drug dependence; Taking related drugs to improve cognition; g. Combined with severe heart, liver, kidney, brain and hematopoietic system diseases; h. Clinical stroke or history of stroke: lesions with diameter >= 2mm on MRI or CT (if there is imaging evidence of lacunar infarction in subcortical, periventricular and deep brain, except those without symptoms and corresponding history), HIS score > 4; i. The contraindications of MRI scanning include implantation of cardiac pacemaker, implantation of medical metal products in the body, fear of claustrophobia, failure to cooperate with the examination, etc.
