Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients admitted to ICU were >= 18 years old;Length of stay time in ICU >= 24 hours; Receiving enteral nutrition at least once while in the ICU.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with oral feeding when they were admitted into ICU; Patients with enteral tube feeding less than 24 hours; Patients without ultrasound assessment of GRV because of many reasons.
