40 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged from 40 to 75 years, for both men and women; 2) The diagnosis by doctors with specialized qualifications in motion disorder conforms to the criteria of clinical diagnosis or possible PD (MDS-PD-2015 and MDS-early PD-2018); 3) Currently use anti-PD drugs, conscious improvement, no recent drug adjustment needs; 4) Relatively stable symptoms in the past month and; 5) Voluntarily cooperate with treatment and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Diagnosis of atypical PD; 2) Unable to stand for 45 minutes or complete the training required by the project due to various reasons (including but not limited to postural dizziness symptoms or diagnosed postural hypotension, bone and joint diseases, cardiopulmonary diseases, excessive weakness or fatigue, etc.); 3) The simple fall prediction questionnaire indicated a high risk of falls in the next 6 months; 4) Severe cognitive or mental disorders and 5) Unable to use phones and family members do not provide assistance.
