Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged >= 18 years; (2) Patients treated with haemodialysis; (3) The patient has certain language expression and understanding ability, and can complete hospital anxiety and depression scale and Pittsburgh sleep quality index; (4) Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) History of surgery for invasive intracranial pressure monitoring; (2) Intestinal diseases; (3) Mental or neurological diseases such as dementia, Alzheimers disease, and schizophrenia; (4) Brain trauma; (5) Use of antiepileptic, antibiotic drugs, alcohol, or illicit drugs.
