Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Stroke patients with the first onset; 2. drinking water cough and swallowing dysfunction; 3. Vital signs were stable, the duration of disease <= 1 week <= 6 months; 4. Aged 18 to 85 years; 5. Clear consciousness and stable condition, able to cooperate with various examinations and rehabilitation training; 6. Consent is obtained from the patient and his/her family, and informed consent is signed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with dysphagia caused by myopathy, peripheral neuropathy and motor neuron disease; 2. Acute stroke is in the bleeding stage; 3. Unable to perform relevant instrument inspection; 4. Cognitive dysfunction and mental illness can not cooperate with the treatment; 5. Contra indications for TMS treatment, such as metal stents or pacemakers installed in the heart, metal implants in the skull, history of epilepsy, cochlear implants, etc.; 6. Malignant tumor, bleeding tendency.
