Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Over 40 years old, no gender limit; 2. Patients with simple and complex cataracts need to undergo phacoemulsification; 3. Able to understand the purpose of the trial, voluntarily participate in the informed consent form signed by the patient or his legal guardian.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative patients with other eye diseases and contraindications to implantation of intraocular lenses, such as small eyeballs, heavier corneal lesions, lens dislocation, uveitis, choroidal hemorrhage, and other serious eye diseases; 2. Patients with severe or unstable heart, liver, kidney, lung, endocrine (including thyroid insufficiency), blood, mental and nerve dysfunction and other diseases that may affect the results of the study and cannot cooperate with follow-up; 3. Hard nuclear cataract above grade IV; 4. Glaucoma patients with severe ischemic optic neuropathy and optic atrophy; 5. The surgical eye has suffered trauma or surgery, or requires intraoperative combined surgery to affect the results of this study; 6. The patient participated in other clinical trials; 7. Other situations where the researcher judges that the patient is not suitable for inclusion.
